Shri Anna Hazare went on Indefinite Silence after one of his core committee member shri Prashant Bhushan beaten up by activists belonging to Sri Ram Sena. Point to be noted here Sri Ram Sena had given support to Anna in India Against Corruption campaign while he was in Tihar Jail. But this was not a sole reason why Anna goes silent.
