Playing From The Front

Leadership has got a new name recently - Namo -  Narendra Damordardas Modi, Prime Minister of India. So, here is a perfect example of Mindset and the output of what one truly Believes.

You must have understood till time that I am talking about recent legislative assembly elections 2017. So, what actually happened? The nearest possible defining answer is - Miracle. The miracle that so many are not able to believe yet, and its none of their fault. No one has predicted the huge amount of victory for BJP not even BJP itself, let apart the previous Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav or Rahul Gandhi or Mayawati.

Numbers are saying that this is the biggest verdict anyone has got in independent India. Modi alone made it possible to snatch 312 seats out of total 403.

The 132 year old party in Indian history, Indian National Congress founded on 28 December 1885 is fighting really hard for its existence in the state with only 07 seats.




Now the question is, How Modi did this? I have the answer and the answer is - A mix of Leadership, Perseverance and Believe.

  • Leadership - Some are saying Modi has become the biggest ever politician in Indian history, and it's close to the reality backed by the facts. BJP backed 312 seats against 221 (previous highest figure) seats in 1991 election. People, Party and Party workers are working hard under his leadership.
  • Perseverance - The numbers we saw on screen highlighted are not an overnight result. It was the result of constantly following the desired, perfectly executed plan.
  • Believe - "People believe what you Believe." Modi created an aura around him. He made people believe in what he believes himself. No one even top guns of BJP were not expecting this much big victory. Modi did not care about the number game, he just gave his 100% and did whatever he was really good at. He made people believe that a man who holds the Prime Minister chair also works relentlessly in the betterment of country in and out of the national boundary.

People likes the Leaders who takes the ownership, plays from the front and Modi just did the same. Another name in the league is Virat Kohli.
